Responsibilities:

  • Work in a collaborative manner and Interact with other analytic team members, Data Analysts, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to learn project data needs and define project scope
  • Design, develop, optimize, and maintain data architecture and pipelines that adhere to ETL principles and business goals (Python and SQL)
  • Maintain enterprise data warehouse (Snowflake preferred but not required)
  • Build analytic products in the form of presentations, data outputs, system integrations, business intelligence platforms, and AI outputs
  • Foster a culture of sharing, re-use, design for scale stability, and operational efficiency of code, queries, and data engineering processes (Git Management, SOP creation, Requirement Maintenance)

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years’ of hands-on practical experience with a minimum of 2 years’ of experience in ETL processing to be used for data analysis and modeling
  • Minimum 2 years of working knowledge in Python and SQL is a must
  • Experience working with clickstream data sets and data lakes is a must
  • Ability to gather requirements from non technical stakeholders and clients
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Tableau

  • Post-secondary education in computer science
  • Demonstrate working knowledge in database design and management
