Director Strategy
Responsibilities and Duties
- Learn and utilize Klick’s proprietary frameworks and strategic processes to deliver differentiated, value-added strategic work within
- Partner with regional MD to provide leadership in business development efforts
- Develops Brand Beacon, Provocation Briefs, Brand Building Workshops, etc.
- Adapt Klick’s brand building templates and frameworks to meet client needs
- Work in close partnership with SVP, Global Strategy - Unified Strategy Enablement & Experience Lead, to develop strategy work
- Forms deep relationships and partnerships with ECD, CS, Medical, and PM
- Develops relationships with day-to-day clients
- Serves as a thought leader internally and externally on dynamics, specie market needs, audience needs, and audience preferences
- Stays in close contact with US based strategy leads
- Ensures quality work/makes time to coach and brainstorm with reports
- Helps to evaluate talent team-wide and determine promotion readiness
- Participates in recruiting and interviewing for the team
- Contribute to the development and management of scopes of work and staffing plans
- Manages workflow, anticipate/manage resource spikes related to brand building projects
- Helps to adapt Klick’s culture to the local and in-office culture of the hub
- Use regional contacts to help grow relationships with potential clients and identify and secure new business opportunities

- Master communicator: Strength in all facets of communication. This includes verbal, written and presentation skills with client, team, cross-craft and leadership audiences.
- Educator: Must be a patient coach and knowledge sharer to help others acclimate and appreciate the cultural dynamics that underpin market dynamics, client behaviors, and strategies
- University Degree, focus in Business, Science, Behavioral Science, or Anthropology
- 8-10+ Years Brand Strategy Experience
- Broad range of therapeutic area expertise across both consumer and HCP audiences
- Superior client presentation & facilitation skills
- Creative problem solving skills with a passion for innovation
- Strong leadership ability with clients and internal teams
- Ability to see the big picture and know how to influence it with the smallest details
