Job Description

Helping lead one of our regional offices at Klick will allow you to do the best work of your career. There’s just so much more opportunity and support here than you’re used to. You’ve never worked with a team like this. 

You will deliver fantastic work to your healthcare clients. Why? Your team. You’ll partner across crafts to deliver outstanding creative, activation, tech enablement and more. We’re looking to you to extend and build the high-performing, people-first Klick culture in your region, which also means ensuring the culture is authentic to your part of the world.  

As a Client Service Lead, you’ll work with your Managing Director to identify, pitch, and win new healthcare clients within your markets and with all of Klick global. And because you and your team are all part of Klick - not a different agency within a holding company - you’ll be more connected, collaborative and creative than ever before.  

As a Client Service Lead, you will also work closely with your Managing Director to develop the best practices for the local market delivery of agency services. You will work in collaboration with leadership and your cross-functional team to take the best from the Klick culture, processes, and tools and adapt them for our growing business.  

At all levels within Client Services, you and your direct reports have a tremendous amount of ownership and autonomy to do what’s right for our clients. We are highly empathetic, and highly competitive.
