We are a full-service media team designed to handle media strategy, planning, buying and measurement for healthcare brands. We’re responsible for generating a return on the media investment. We use various data sets to derive meaningful insights to connect brands to their desired audiences. Job Description
Work Term: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
In the role of Paid Search Coordinator, you'll be an essential member of our Media team, managing and reporting on paid search campaigns for our pharmaceutical clients. Your focus will be on helping them connect with patients and healthcare providers across the US, extending beyond the obvious boundaries of search.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Exceptional written communication skills for crafting compelling ad copies on behalf of our clients and for navigating the intricacies of regulatory guidelines
- Familiarity with SEM campaign management tools (e.g., Google Ads)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Comfort working with data and analytics
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with team members, and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Previous internship or co-op experience in digital marketing, paid media, or search marketing
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services)
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- A passion for delivering results for clients
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn

What You'll Do:
- Collaboratively optimizing and integrating efforts with our Media Planning and Analytics
- Managing campaign budgets to align with target goals
- Identifying optimization opportunities through data analysis
- Conducting keyword research to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Crafting insightful reports and recommendations for clients based on results
