The team builds strong client partnerships, ensures operational excellence, and supports programs that advance brand and organizational goals. Client Services leaders play a critical role in connecting strategy, execution, and long-term client success.
Job Description
This leadership role oversees a portfolio of client accounts within Klick’s life sciences business, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant, and strategically grounded work. The role serves as a senior partner to clients and internal teams, ensuring strong operational and financial stewardship across programs. Working closely with Strategy, Creative, Medical, Production, and other cross-functional partners, this position drives successful execution and long-term account growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a portfolio of oncology and consumer-focused client accounts in partnership with senior client stakeholders
- Oversee project execution across brands, ensuring regulatory-compliant delivery of integrated programs
- Manage account financials including budgeting, forecasting, and staffing in collaboration with project management and finance partners
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing client services team across multiple brands or accounts
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Medical, and Production partners to deliver high-quality work aligned to client goals
Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of client services experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences advertising environments
- 2+ years of hands-on oncology experience supporting brands across multiple indications or life-cycle stages
- Experience managing $8–12M+ in annual scope across multiple brands or complex accounts
- Experience supporting new product launches, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases
- Proven financial ownership including forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning across teams
- Experience overseeing integrated work including TV production and/or patient experience initiatives
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done
- Experience contributing to account planning and identifying client growth opportunities
- Working knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing regulations
- Experience developing or reviewing scopes of work in partnership with project management teams
- Advanced degree such as an MBA
