Job Description

The Group Account Director, APAC is a senior leadership role based in Singapore, responsible for guiding a significant portion of Klick Health’s regional portfolio across Expert Marketing and selected Consumer Health brands. The role supports business growth, deepens client partnerships, and ensures integrated delivery across teams. This leader will oversee a small but growing Client Services team and collaborate closely with cross-functional crafts to meet evolving market needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a diverse portfolio of pharma and consumer health clients across expert, medical, and consumer communications.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, leading pitches, and expanding client engagements.
  • Partner with PMO, Strategy, Creative, and Med+ teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven solutions.
  • Coach and develop team members to support high quality delivery and strong client relationships.
  • Support the MedComms team in shaping Klick’s market presence by assessing demand and helping define capabilities.

Qualificiations:

  • Extensive experience in healthcare advertising and communications across HCP/Expert, Medical, and Consumer Health.
  • Proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams and complex client portfolios.
  • Demonstrated success growing business and building strong client partnerships.
  • Strong commercial and strategic instincts with experience managing financial health of accounts.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting or building Medical Communications capabilities.
  • Knowledge of APAC healthcare market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
  • Ability to guide capability development and inform new service offerings.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance creative ideation, exploration, or workflow efficiency
  • Experience mentoring and developing client-facing teams.
  • Ability to translate client needs into integrated cross-craft solutions.
  • Strong presentation and pitch leadership skills.
