Job Description

As Client Partner, this role leads senior client relationships, account growth, and delivery excellence across a portfolio of healthcare and life sciences accounts. The role partners closely with Strategy, Creative, Medical, Project Management, and leadership teams to align client priorities, commercial goals, and high-quality program execution. This person provides direction to client services teams while ensuring work is delivered with clarity, accountability, and regulatory awareness.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead senior client relationships across EMEA/Global accounts, driving account health, client satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of healthcare or pharmaceutical accounts, including 3M+ in scope, forecasting, budgets, staffing, and delivery priorities.
  • Guide cross-functional teams across Strategy, Creative, Medical, Project Management, and Production to deliver compliant, high-quality client programs.
  • Develop and mentor Client Services team members through clear coaching, performance expectations, and account leadership standards.
  • Partner with internal leadership to identify organic growth opportunities, shape account plans, and support scope development with Project Management.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 12+ years of client service experience in advertising, marketing, or agency environments, including ownership of senior client relationships.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or medical communications experience with observable understanding of regulated work.
  • Experience managing 3M+ in account scope across multiple brands, markets, or large-scale client engagements.
  • 5+ years leading, coaching, or managing Client Services team members with accountability for performance, delivery, and client outcomes.
  • Demonstrated financial ownership of forecasting, budgeting, staffing, and scope management for complex client accounts.
  • Experience presenting strategic recommendations, account updates, or business reviews to Director, Senior Director, or executive-level stakeholders.

Desired:

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Experience supporting EMEA or multi-market healthcare accounts with regional and local stakeholder coordination.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing regulations, including experience working with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes.
  • Experience contributing to account planning, organic growth identification, and client business development opportunities.
  • Experience creating, reviewing, or negotiating scopes of work in partnership with Project Management or Finance teams.
