Job Description

Work Term: Internship, 40 hours/week, Jan-April 2026

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

We are looking for a self-starting, go-getting, critical-thinking, detail-oriented, and kind-hearted Awards Coordinator for a Winter internship with strong project management and communications skills to join our growing company. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a post-secondary program in: Advertising, Digital Marketing, Project Management, or related fields
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail to coordinate and manage numerous award submissions
  • Solid proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Able to manage multiple projects and track deadlines using Excel or similar tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with team members, and engage with diverse stakeholders
  • You’re not simply talented, but also optimistic, driven, empathetic, trustworthy, and kind

Desired Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
  • Microsoft Office and Google Docs proficiency, ability to track numerous concurrent projects using Excel, ability to learn a wide range of proprietary award show platforms as needed
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Creative, Media, Strategy)
  • Friendly, approachable, and highly reliable
  • Skilled in storytelling or writing, or familiar with health/advertising awards

  • Helping support and drive our Awards portfolio to even greater heights. You will be focused on helping get our inspirational and results-driven creative campaigns, innovative digital health lab projects, brilliant thought leaders, and unique workplace culture initiatives industry recognition around the world
  • Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where you'll play a crucial role in orchestrating various award submissions and ensuring their success
  • Multitasking like a pro – prioritizing and seamlessly transitioning from one project to another, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing circumstances
