Job Details
The Media team at Klick Health is responsible for developing and delivering innovative digital media campaigns that reach healthcare audiences, including patients and service providers, across the US and Canada. Our work spans every channel: search, display, video, email, mobile, and more. Our goal is to shape the future of digital health, playing a crucial role in spreading our clients' messages. As our business rapidly grows, we are looking to add a new team member. That’s where you come in.
The Associate Director, Media Planning, is a digital media subject matter expert who develops thoroughly researched, well-supported media plans for clients, flawlessly implements recommendations with the support of our Media Operations team, and ensures amazing results in collaboration with our Analytics Practice. This role also encompasses the responsibilities of an Account Manager, interacting daily with our clients and acting as the face of Klick. You’ll manage the media budget, including approving media spend and associated expenses from the Media team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive digital media plans that drive results
  • Implement media recommendations with precision and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Analytics Practice to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Integrate with and influence content and creative development
  • Manage client interactions and act as a primary point of contact
  • Oversee and approve media spend and associated expenses
  • Provide detailed media performance reporting and analysis

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of media planning experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Experience with the US market, particularly in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Strong strategic media planning and strategic vision skills
  • Knowledge of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and HCP (Healthcare Professional) marketing
  • Proven ability to manage media budgets and client relationships
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as DoubleClick Campaign Manager, DoubleVerify, Bionic, or other media planning tools
  • Excellent vendor management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in people management is preferred
  • Award recognitions are a plus
