We’re looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and proactive Pitch Manager to join our Growth team. In this role, you’ll be the supporting operational lead behind our high-impact new business pitches—bringing clarity to chaos, streamlining collaboration, and enabling cross-functional teams to do their best work under pressure.
You’ll set the tone, shape the workflow, and help us win. You’ll own timelines, meetings, communications, and tooling to keep every pitch moving smoothly from start to finish. Your work will be the backbone of a seamless pitch experience, helping Klick show up at its best and ultimately win new business.
This role is ideal for someone who’s energized by fast-paced environments, skilled at connecting the dots between people and process, and brings rigor, confidence, and calm to high-stakes moments.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Growth Leads and internal Klick teams to facilitate a smooth, well-run pitch experience from start to finish.
- Build timelines with clear milestones and proactively adjust as plans evolve—flagging risks early to protect momentum.
- Schedule and support key meetings, prepping participants with what they need to show up ready.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across creative, strategy, client, and delivery teams.
- Ensure teams are aligned on roles, deliverables, and next steps
- Spot potential risks early and offer solutions that keep momentum intact.
- Maintain up-to-date trackers and tools like Salesforce—ensuring submissions run smoothly and systems stay accurate and reliable.
- Follow established workflows and suggest process improvements that make the work easier and more scalable.
- Show up with calm energy, shared ownership, and a drive to make the pitch experience feel collaborative and rewarding—not just deadline-driven.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of project management, pitch coordination, or operations experience (agency or consulting experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and proactive.
- A resilient, team-first mindset and a natural ability to keep others grounded under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to keep teams aligned as plans evolve.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Salesforce

Position Requirements
- Travel: As needed travel to clients, mainly in the US and Canada
- Valid passport is required
- Hybrid work environment, two days a week in office required
