Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil (Hybrid)
As a Junior Influencer Manager, you're joining a dynamic group focused on leveraging the power of influencers to impact the healthcare landscape. Klick Health, a pharmaceutical marketing and commercialization firm, operates across diverse media channels to engage audiences in healthcare improvement, including patients, caregivers, physicians, nurses, and more. Our campaigns feature a mix of influencers, celebrities, humor, and medical facts, sparking conversations that make a real difference in patients' lives. As a Junior Influencer Manager at Klick, you'll work alongside a collaborative team, contributing to impactful influencer strategies that resonate within the pharmaceutical realm.
Your mission will be:
- Collaborate on the creation and execution of influencer program strategies
- Contribute ideas for innovative influencer campaigns within the pharmaceutical space
- Work with agency leads and various brands to align influencer strategies with broader campaign objectives
- Assist in the development and delivery of influencer briefs for creatives and influencers
- Build and maintain relationships within the influencer space
- Ensure client/agency relationships thrive, growing over time
- Oversee research, identification, and relationship management with influencers that align with brand goals
- Analyze and assess campaigns, providing valuable insights and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Stay abreast of influencer marketing trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure
- Efficiently manage influencers at large-scale events
Your minimum qualifications:
- Experience in social media influencing or similar role
- Bilingual full professional proficiency in both Portuguese and Spanish
- Professional proficiency in English for direct reporting to Global Strategy lead based in North America
- Basic marketing skills (writing, creating presentations, analysis, etc.)
- Experience with Social Media monitoring
- Positive and engaged work style

- Familiarity with influencer campaign creation
- Ability to think strategically across various social media platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to pharmaceutical rules and regulations
- Effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams
- Comfortable presenting to clients on an ad-hoc basis
- Ability to engage and excite clients about influencer programs
- A curious mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving
- You’re not simply talented, but also optimistic, driven, empathetic, trustworthy, and kind
Some differentiators about you:
- Exposure to pharmaceutical marketing including OTC as well as Rx
- Previous experience working with a wide range of influencers and celebrities
- Additional social media marketing skills, including ad managementContent creation experience in any form
- Familiarity with regulated industries and legal oversight
- Previous experience with tools like Meltwater or Crimson Hexagon
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders on the team
