The focus is on operational excellence, attention to detail, and consistent execution across platforms. Success is measured by on-time launches, clean tagging, and reliable delivery/tracking.

- Traffic and launch campaigns in ad platforms/ad servers, validating targeting, specs, and flight dates with Media Planning and Buying partners.
- Organize and maintain creative assets and versions in an ad server to support accurate delivery and audit-ready records.
- Implement and test third-party tags and pixels, partnering with Analytics to confirm tracking, naming conventions, and measurement readiness.
- Run pre-launch QA and post-launch checks (links, redirects, tags, placements), documenting issues and resolutions for stakeholders.
- Monitor live campaigns for delivery and technical issues, escalating and coordinating fixes with vendors and internal teams.
Qualifications
Required:
- 0–2 years of experience supporting media operations, ad trafficking, or campaign setup, demonstrated through specific examples or portfolio of work.
- Experience working in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) to reconcile creative trackers, pacing, or QA checklists with documented accuracy.
- Familiarity with digital ad concepts (tags, pixels, click trackers, UTMs, redirects) shown through hands-on implementation or testing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines, evidenced by delivering campaign launches or QA tasks across at least 3+ active initiatives at once.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners (Media, Analytics, or vendors) with written handoffs, issue logs, or status updates.
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
- Exposure to ad serving or trafficking tools (e.g., Campaign Manager 360) supported by coursework, certifications, or practical use.
- Experience in a digital media agency environment or regulated category (e.g., pharma), evidenced by prior role responsibilities or client work.
- Google certifications (e.g., Google Ads) or completion plan in the next 6 months, with proof of progress.
- Basic understanding of QA best practices (naming conventions, asset version control, checklists) demonstrated through process documentation.
