As part of our ongoing efforts to elevate the learning at Klick, we are seeking a passionate and innovative Learning Experience Designer to join our team.

The Learning Experience Designer will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative, engaging, and universally accessible learning solutions throughout Klick and KlickU, our proprietary learning platform. This role is centered on transforming educational experiences, leveraging a profound enthusiasm for technology, artificial intelligence, and imaginative ideation to design scalable and impactful learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a wide range of learning experiences, including online courses, interactive workshops, just-in-time assets, and performance support resources, tailored to the unique culture and needs of Klicksters.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts across various departments to identify learning objectives, design compelling content, and deliver impactful learning
  • Continuously evaluate and iterate on the effectiveness of learning experiences, leveraging data and feedback to drive improvements and ensure alignment with Klick's strategic objectives
  • Champion a culture of learning and development, fostering an environment where Klicksters are encouraged to grow and pursue their professional and personal development goals.

What You Bring:

  • An obsession with the impact of user experience in learning. You are always user-driven, leading with empathy, and designing with purpose
  • 5-8 years of experience designing modern and accessible learning experiences.
  • Exceptional writing skills and proficiency with authoring and multimedia development tools.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating diverse learning experiences.
  • Exceptional ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, including the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Problem solving skills including analysis of information (i.e., project design requirements, description of problems, etc.); providing others with alternatives to problems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience with identifying, implementing and measuring-effectiveness of adult learning, especially in a digital space.
  • Exceptional ability to work with cross-functional teams to build partnerships and get things done.
