Job Requirements
- Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Collaborate with business leaders and Hiring Managers to ensure deep understanding of the business strategy and needs
- Develop and implement key talent insights to drive accountability and forward-thinking conversations ensuring optimal people competencies are aligned to overall business priorities in order to provide greater transparency and visibility to stakeholders.
- Leverage market intelligence and analytics to drive our recruiting methodology to support the talent acquisition team in elevating the hiring, selection and overall candidate experience
- Coach team members towards the effective and efficient utilization of sourcing, hiring & selection tools and resources to support business requirements and strategies.
- Suggest and manage changes to talent acquisition process to increase both hiring velocity and candidate experience including pitching and implementation of new tools to TA leadership
- Set best practice for how talent acquisition is approached across the organization
- Communicate effectively with external candidates about Klick and role specifics
- Coach and mentor TA and TE partners
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to idea formation
- Coach team on the various talent acquisition levers to use in order to achieve hiring targets
- Ensure recruiter portfolios are balanced across the team
- Manage 15-20 (min) roles at any given time
- Source, screen and interview candidates to develop pools of talent through various sources
- Create a positive candidate experience through continued communication; courtesy and respect
- Research/make recommendations on the latest recruiting trends and tools to strive for efficiencies and effectiveness in Talent Acquisition
- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through in-depth interviews and high offer-to-interview ratios
- Regularly visit hiring manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and use that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity
- Participate in networking events with industry organizations and partners

Qualifications
- 7-9+ years experience in talent/talent acquisition with exposure to external hiring agencies
- Experience managing external vendors (agencies, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Prior experience working as a recruiter for agency or marketing organization
- Results and solutions oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong initiative and solid judgment
- Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
- Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required
- Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Bonus points: Prior experience in advertising agency or healthcare marketing
