The Client Services craft partners closely with our clients to understand their goals, guide strategic decisions, and ensure seamless delivery across every stage of a project. This team acts as the connective tissue across disciplines at Klick, helping translate business needs into actionable plans while fostering strong, trusted relationships. Job Description

As an Account Director, this role helps guide complex healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across Singapore and the APAC region. It ensures clarity, partnership, and momentum across multi-disciplinary teams while supporting impactful brand and medical communications. The position balances strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to help clients achieve their objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day management of key accounts to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with regional healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive timely execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Partner with strategy, medical, creative, and project management teams to deliver integrated launch and lifecycle programmes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client value, strengthen partnerships, and shape strategic plans.
  • Lead client meetings and manage clear communication, documentation, and feedback loops.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong MedComms experience across scientific/medical content, communication planning, and HCP engagement.
  • APAC/Singapore market experience with understanding of regional regulatory and cultural nuances.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing communications.
  • Ability to lead intake discussions and shape briefs.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing regulations in Singapore/APAC.

Desired:

  • Branded HCP experience.
  • Experience supporting brand planning and account strategy development.
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities within existing relationships.
  • Experience partnering across strategy, creative, and medical teams.
  • Comfort navigating multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Interest in applying AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
