About our Brand Experience Craft
The Brand Experience team is responsible for developing and stewarding the Klick brand across marketing, digital platforms, campaigns, and experiences. Acting as an in-house agency, the team delivers brand strategy, marketing initiatives, web experiences, and integrated campaigns in close collaboration with creative, content, and cross-functional partners. The craft combines creativity, data, and execution to drive consistent and impactful brand engagement.
Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and social platforms. This role partners closely with creative, content, and marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on brand, and aligned to performance goals. The position blends hands-on execution with data-driven insights to support brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and social platforms using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and paid media platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and deliver regular reports with actionable optimization recommendations
- Coordinate social media publishing, scheduling, and content execution using tools such as Hootsuite
- Support development of ad copy and promotional messaging in collaboration with creative and content partners
- Manage CMS publishing for marketing pages, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with campaign goals
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns in an agency or in-house marketing environment
- Hands-on experience managing email and paid media campaigns, including execution, optimization, and performance tracking
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience interpreting performance metrics and translating insights into recommendations
- Experience working with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Hootsuite, or Contentful in live campaign environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns or initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done
- Experience coordinating social media content calendars and multi-channel campaign rollouts
- Exposure to CMS-driven publishing workflows and digital content governance
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, content, and marketing teams
- Strong written communication skills, including support for copy development and campaign messaging
Additional Information
This posting is for a newly created role at Klick.
The base salary range for this position is between CAD $72,000 - $85,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
