Most QA roles focus on verifying that things work. Few give you the chance to redefine how testing itself is done.

This role is ideal for a QA Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software quality, automation, and AI innovation—someone who wants to push beyond scripted validation to build intelligent, adaptive testing systems.

As a QA Engineer, you’ll combine strong technical automation skills with a passion for applying large language models (LLMs) like GPT and Claude to elevate how we test, learn, and improve. You’ll help shape the future of quality engineering by transforming testing from a checklist into a self-evolving, AI-powered discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer Intelligent Testing: Design and implement LLM-powered workflows that automate functional and regression testing for modern web applications.
  • Apply AI Thoughtfully: Use generative models like GPT and Claude to create, execute, and analyze test cases that expand coverage, increase accuracy, and accelerate delivery.
  • Integrate for Adaptability: Connect AI APIs and frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex) to build context-aware, self-evolving test automation systems.
  • Automate for Scale: Develop and maintain UI, API, and end-to-end test suites using frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium within CI/CD environments like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with developers and DevOps engineers to ensure automated tests are reliable, fast, and seamlessly integrated into product pipelines.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion AI-assisted testing strategies, prototype emerging LLM workflows, and contribute to quality strategy discussions that shape Klick’s growing AI initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of professional experience in QA automation, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Hands-on experience developing or integrating AI/LLM-driven automation workflows.
  • Proficiency with web testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex) is a strong plus.
  • Programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript are a strong plus.

Why You'll Love It

  • Impact: Shape the future of QA by building systems that think, learn, and improve through AI.
  • Innovation: Work at the frontier of AI-driven automation, redefining what quality engineering can be.
  • Growth: Expand your skills across automation, AI, and modern testing strategies in a collaborative environment.
  • Team: Join a culture that values curiosity, experimentation, and the courage to rethink how things are done.
  • If you’re a QA engineer who asks not only “Does this work?” but also “How can we make testing smarter?” — you’ll thrive here.
