Analysts work across datasets, platforms, and measurement frameworks to evaluate performance and uncover opportunities. The team partners with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Client teams to support data-driven planning and optimization. Work spans performance reporting, advanced modeling, dashboard development, and marketing effectiveness analysis.
Job Description
The Associate Marketing Analyst Intern supports our Analytics craft by analyzing marketing and business performance data to generate clear, actionable insights. This role focuses on structured analysis, data validation, and insight development across pharmaceutical and healthcare brands. The position offers hands-on experience working with real-world datasets in a regulated industry. Success is measured by analytical accuracy, clarity of insights, and ability to communicate findings in structured formats.
Internship Term: May - August, 2026
What You’ll Do
- Analyze structured datasets using Excel, SQL, or statistical tools to identify trends, correlations, and performance drivers.
- Develop dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to visualize KPIs and campaign outcomes.
- Support marketing effectiveness analyses, including ROI calculations and contribution analysis, in collaboration with senior analysts.
- Prepare client-ready presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides summarizing methodology, findings, and recommendations.
- Maintain data integrity through quality checks, documentation, and version control processes.
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduating by April 2026 or graduated within the past two years in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated experience conducting quantitative analysis (e.g., regression, forecasting, hypothesis testing) through coursework or applied projects.
- Hands-on experience with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning) and exposure to SQL or structured database concepts.
- Experience building at least one dashboard or data visualization project using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tool.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly in written or presentation format to academic or team audiences.
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
- Coursework or project experience in marketing effectiveness, attribution modeling, or media mix modeling.
- Exposure to web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) through coursework or internships.
- Experience collaborating on structured team projects with defined roles and deadlines.
- Demonstrated attention to detail in data validation, documentation, and analytical workflows.
Additional Information
This posting is for a newly created role at Klick. The base salary for this position is CAD 60,000 and will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate’s work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior experience.
