About Brand Experience

The Brand Experience team is responsible for developing and stewarding the Klick brand. We’re a full agency within the walls of Klick, responsible for everything from our brand development, marketing campaigns, web experience, live events, and more. We’re super nimble, we love very creative work, and have a ton of fun working together.

Job Description

Position title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Reports to :Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in coordinating and

executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on email, paid media, and social media. This role ensures campaigns are effectively planned, executed, monitored, and optimized to meet marketing goals. Join a dynamic in-house marketing team where collaboration and creativity drive every project.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and social
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting and recommendations for optimization
  • Coordinate and execute social media posting and content scheduling
  • Support the development of ad copy and promotional messaging in collaboration with the creative and content teams
  • Contribute to campaign planning discussions by sharing data-driven insights and executional recommendations
  • Coordinate CMS publishing for marketing pages
  • Ensure published content is adhering to brand guidelines and is consistent across all platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in campaign execution
  • Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of agency experience or in-house marketing environment
  • Experience in campaign execution across email and paid media
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and campaign optimization strategies
  • Experience with martech tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Hootsuite, and Contentful
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented with a creative edge
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
  • Curiosity and comfort in exploring AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
  • Healthcare background not required
