About our PMO Craft
The Project Management Office (PMO) partners with our clients and internal teams to deliver high value and quality programs, projects, and deliverables. While balancing timelines, scopes, and budgets this team collaborates with subject matter experts, client services, and client stakeholders to ensure projects meet clients’ business objectives.
The PMO has smart, dedicated, and team-oriented individuals who work with diverse cross-functional teams to do the right thing for our clients. We apply the rigor of best practices while continually evolving our ways of working to improve our delivery and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Delivery Ownership
- Manage $1.75M–$3M in revenue across multiple concurrent projects.
- Oversee scope, schedule, risk, budget, and quality with clear accountability.
- Ensure successful delivery of AOR/DAOR work across marketing and digital channels.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to drive innovation, streamline workflows, and enhance quality assurance across delivery.
- Client Leadership
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact on delivery initiatives.
- Understand client goals, business context, and priorities—and tailor delivery approaches accordingly.
- Build trusted partnerships through proactive, transparent communication and thoughtful leadership.
- Financial & Operational Impact
- Lead financial processes including estimates, SOWs, reconciliations, and profitability analysis.
- Understand and communicate project impacts on margin, contingency, and resourcing—and how these factors influence delivery outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Participate in staffing discussions and help resolve resource constraints or delivery challenges.
- Team Development & Continuous Improvement
- Onboard and coach Project Managers and Coordinators, reinforcing Klick’s delivery standards and culture of accountability.
- Identify and lead improvements in project workflows, delivery models, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department leads to align on resourcing, delivery practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of agency project management experience, with exposure to multi-channel marketing and ongoing client work.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-disciplinary marketing and digital projects.
- Strong financial acumen with budget ownership, forecasting, and reporting experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring emerging PM talent, driving accountability, and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies (SCRUM is a plus).
- Proficiency in tools like Smartsheets, MS Project, Excel, and financial tracking platforms.
- Experience working within or adjacent to regulated industries is an asset.
- Comfort with and openness to integrating AI into project planning and delivery workflows.
