Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality content that not only meets but exceeds client expectations across a variety of platforms and therapeutic areas.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and client briefs.
- Conduct thorough research and literature reviews, synthesize scientific data, and craft compelling scientific narratives and messaging that align with client business goals
- Interface confidently and independently with clients via email, audio/video-conferences, and in-person meetings; actively contribute to and present at client meetings.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking in collaboration with medical strategy teams during internal meetings and proposal development workshops.
- Utilize a comprehensive understanding of the therapeutic area, product strategy, and market trends to enhance communication effectiveness
- Proactively address and solve creative and strategic problems, and suggest ideas for new projects that could advance client business goals.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in medical communications, ideally within an agency environment, with a proven track record of creativity and innovation in digital healthcare communications.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster strong client and team relationships.
- Advances degree in Life Sciences is preferredProficiency in scientific databases, approval software, referencing software, and, preferably, AI tools.
- Fluent in Japanese, Proficient in English
