Hi there!

Are you obsessed with User Experience Design? Do you find yourself mentally redesigning every website and mobile app you use? Do you dream in prototypes, schematics, and flow diagrams? If so, you could be the next UX practitioner to join the team at Klick Health.

Our team is responsible for putting (digital) pen to (digital) paper and bringing to life the solutions Klick delivers. That means we get inspired by conducting customer research, working closely with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to create awesome experiences across omni-channel marketing systems.

This role is both strategy and design-centric:

You’ll look at the bigger picture, identifying client business objectives, unpacking customer needs, and building strategic design systems that can improve experiences across channels. You’ll design for a positive impact on a customer’s experience, but with a keen focus on technical feasibility and viability for our clients’ business. From there, you’ll create interactive prototypes, detailed wireframes, and specifications - whatever is necessary to communicate design and give our clients an awesome experience. You’ll help see projects through to completion, collaborating during creative ideation, development, launch, and optimization.

This role focuses on strong collaboration with our Strategy, Project Management, Client Services, Technology, and Creative teams. You’ll also have the full support of your surrounding UXers, on one of the largest and most diverse XD teams  in the agency world.

While research and design are large components of the job, you’ll also be energized by the opportunity to collaborate on strategic CX planning, design and facilitate workshops, and present your experience strategies to gain alignment and consensus to move projects forward, both internally and with clients.

While no two projects are alike, we typically work on websites, iPad apps, and web-based applications, providing patients and healthcare professionals with the information they need to help make more informed decisions. Think you fit the bill? We’re excited to hear from you!
