Job Description

This freelance Creative Director role provides senior creative leadership across high-priority client work and new business during a critical delivery window. The role partners closely with internal teams, clients, and external production partners to ensure creative excellence from concept through execution, while supporting confident decision-making under tight timelines and defined scopes.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide senior creative direction and quality control across a live healthcare pitch, guiding multiple creative teams through final concept development and pitch delivery.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Client Services, and Project Management partners to translate strategic insights into clear, compelling creative outputs aligned to scope, budget, and delivery expectations.
  • Serve as a client-facing creative lead, presenting work, resolving creative challenges, and supporting confident decision-making under production and pitch pressures.

Qualifications

  • Design-driven conceptual leader with hands-on capability to deliver excellence in craft across film, digital, print, and environmental media, demonstrated through a portfolio showing depth and range across channels.
  • 8–10+ years of creative leadership experience within advertising agencies, including healthcare or pharma work, with ownership of concept development through final execution.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary creative teams, providing clear direction, feedback, and creative quality oversight.
  • Strong client-facing experience, including presenting work, responding to feedback, and guiding confident decision-making under tight timelines.

Additional Information

This is a freelance contract role based in Singapore, expected to start asap with an initial engagement of approximately two weeks and the potential for extension based on project needs.

The rate for this position will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
