About Klick Health

For the past 28 years Klick Health has helped life science clients bring their groundbreaking ideas to market. We’ve also spent that time creating an ecosystem for talented and empathetic individuals to chase their passions while creating long-lasting friendships in the process. What  does that mean for you? Well, we grow a lot—like every year for 28 years and counting. And as we evolve and scale, so does our global reach. With that in mind, Klick Health is  opening offices in key global markets, and hiring people from those markets who value the health of their communities.

Our philosophy is to invest in people early and to develop future leaders at all levels. It’s what’s put us on multiple Top 10 lists for workplace culture—we give people the necessary guidance and room to innovate. We know that career paths are seldom simple and straightforward, but we see that as an asset. If you feel like you'd be a good fit, please apply and join us in doing health differently.

When you join the Influencer Marketing team at Klick you are becoming part of something special. We are a growing team of Influencer Marketing experts who help our clients and partners navigate the ever changing world of social influencers.

Klick Health is a pharmaceutical marketing and commercialization firm that works across all media for audiences engaged in improving healthcare. These audiences include patients, caregivers, physicians, nurses, and more. If you’re worried that pharmaceutical marketing is staid, worry no longer. We run campaigns that include top tier celebrities, influencers of all sizes, memes, humor, and of course medical facts and data. Our work drives the conversations that make a difference in the lives of patients and their families. We would love to find senior people who already are experienced in the influencer marketing world and are excited to tackle strategies within the pharmaceutical world. This is a pretty rarified field so don’t worry if you don’t have pharmaceutical experience. As long as you’re “eager to learn” we will train you on the pharmaceutical rules and regulations. All you need to bring is your people management skills, epic-level influencer strategy, curiosity, and knack for creating industry-leading influencer campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • All the standard marketing requirements (writing, creating presentations, analysis, etc.)
  • Creation of industry-leading social campaigns (this might be more challenging than you expect from pharma)
  • Ability to think “pan-social” and identify opportunities in patient communities as well as media-driven plays
  • Ability to view a brand landscape and summarize what important activities are evident
  • Comfortable working with RFP teams and presenting to the client on an ad-hoc basis when a team “suddenly realizes” they need a social strategy voice at the table
  • Familiarity with all the “core” platforms vis-a-vis policy adherence and specifications tracking
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams with other specialists
  • Ability to get clients engaged and excited about social plans
  • A positive, engaged, management style that respects individuals while still aligning with the work at hand

Experience required:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical marketing environment, particularly on social platforms
  • Experience working with influencers and celebrities
  • Other aligned social media marketing skills such as ad management content creation of any and all types (might be in your distant past, and that’s ok)
  • Work in regulated industries with legal oversight
  • Listening experience with Meltwater, Crimson Hexagon, or others (again, might be historical)
  • Proven experience managing projects across multiple APAC markets
  • Ability to “manage up” and engage senior leaders on the team
