Job Description
The Project Manager drives execution across Klick’s Community portfolio, with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. This role partners with senior stakeholders across Communications, People Practices, and business teams to translate strategy into structured, measurable programs. The Project Manager ensures initiatives are delivered with clarity, accountability, and momentum while maintaining strong operational rigor. This role also supports broader People Practices programs including systems, performance management, and leadership initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CSR and DEI programs, translating strategy into structured project plans with defined milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes
- Build and manage project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools using Excel or Google Sheets to track impact metrics, financial giving, and program performance
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Internal Communications, program committees, and senior stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, roles, and deliverables
- Coordinate community partnerships, charitable giving programs, and engagement initiatives, ensuring execution aligns with business goals and timelines
- Facilitate People Practices operations by managing department meetings, central calendars, and program coordination while identifying risks, dependencies, and gaps early
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives, including CSR, DEI, People, or community-focused programs with measurable outcomes
- Proven experience managing stakeholders at senior leadership level, including leading meetings, aligning priorities, and driving decision-making across teams
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building dashboards, trackers, and data-driven reporting to measure program impact
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.com to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to analyze program data and translate insights into actionable recommendations, reports, or presentations for stakeholders
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Communications, HR, or business stakeholders to deliver structured programs and initiatives
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done
- Experience managing CSR or DEI programs, including charitable giving, partnerships, or community engagement initiatives
- Experience supporting People programs such as performance management, leadership development, or employee engagement initiatives
- Familiarity with financial tracking, budgeting, or invoicing processes within program delivery
- Experience creating visual assets or presentations using tools such as Canva or similar platforms
- Experience working in agency, consulting, or fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Additional Information
This posting is for an existing vacancy at Klick.
The base salary range for this position is between CAD $90,000 - $112,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
