  • Present strategic and creative recommendations to clients, explain the evidence and insights behind the work, and lead, mentor, and develop copywriters through coaching, actionable feedback, and oversight of creative quality and delivery across accounts.

  • Demonstrated experience developing market access messaging, payer and reimbursement communications, and clinical value propositions, with examples of deliverables for pharmaceutical brands, healthcare decision-makers, or access-related audiences.
  • Experience translating clinical trial results, scientific literature, and treatment information into accurate, audience-specific communications, supported by examples of evidence-based copy or creative materials.
  • Experience leading creative concept development and copy execution across pharmaceutical accounts, including collaborating with Art, Strategy, Medical, Market Access, and Client Services teams to deliver integrated campaigns and patient support communications.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes, including experience preparing referenced copy, addressing reviewer feedback, and guiding materials through regulated approval workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring copywriters, managing creative quality across multiple assignments, and presenting strategic and creative recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders.

Desired:
