What You’ll Do

- Own end-to-end accountability for technology delivery outcomes across Klick-hosted and client-managed environments, ensuring adherence to SDLC, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Client Services, Omnichannel Enablement, Strategy, Creative, PMO, and Technology leaders to align delivery plans with business and omnichannel objectives.
- Act as the escalation point for delivery risk, making informed trade-offs across scope, resourcing, timing, and quality to maintain predictability and client confidence.
- Evolve Klick’s technology delivery operating model by improving governance, forecasting, KPIs, and delivery standards to support scalable, repeatable execution.
Qualifications
Required:
- 12+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise technology solutions, with accountability for large-scale, multi-stream delivery programs.
- Demonstrated leadership overseeing omnichannel technology delivery across platforms such as Salesforce, Veeva, Adobe Experience Manager, or comparable enterprise ecosystems.
- Proven experience leading through senior delivery leaders and cross-functional teams, with clear ownership of outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with delivery governance frameworks, including SDLC, portfolio planning, risk management, and delivery performance metrics.
- Strong executive communication skills, including translating technical risk and delivery trade-offs for senior business, IT, and client stakeholders.
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
- Experience delivering technology solutions within US pharmaceutical or healthcare environments, including exposure to regulatory and MLR considerations.
- Agency or consulting background supporting enterprise clients across multiple accounts and delivery models.
- Experience contributing to growth and solution shaping efforts by assessing feasibility, delivery risk, and execution readiness.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling delivery leadership teams while fostering continuous improvement and operational maturity.
