About Brand Experience

The Brand Experience team is responsible for developing and stewarding the Klick brand. We’re a full agency within the walls of Klick, responsible for everything from our brand development, marketing campaigns, web experience, live events, and more. We’re super nimble, we love very creative work and have a ton of fun working together.

Job Description

Reports To: Senior Manager, Marketing Production

An Integrated Marketing Producer oversees the end-to-end production of multi-channel marketing and advertising campaigns. This includes managing workflows across digital, print, social, and video formats to ensure consistency, quality, and on-time delivery. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals, timelines, and budgets. Join a dynamic in-house marketing team where collaboration and creativity drive every project.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead production for integrated campaigns, including print, web, video and live events, ensuring alignment with strategy, budget, and timelines
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, maintaining documentation and communication across all projects
  • Monitor workflows, optimize processes, and troubleshoot challenges to keep projects on track and high-quality
  • Support creative team by downloading, and keeping track of stock assets to ensure timely and compliant use
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and consistency across all deliverables
  • Maintain strong vendor and partner relationships to support production needs

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of agency experience, especially in integrated marketing environments
  • Proven project management and organizational skills, with experience using production and collaboration tools such as Notion, GitHub, Ziflow, Dropbox and assist with content entry on our CMS platform
  • Experience managing print, web, social, videos and experiential projects, with a strong understanding of print and video production
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
  • Comfort with and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your workflow
  • Healthcare background not required
