Job Description
The Paid Search Coordinator supports the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. Working closely with Media Planning and Analytics, this role focuses on campaign setup, performance monitoring, and reporting within regulated environments. The position offers hands-on exposure to paid media fundamentals while developing skills in data analysis, optimization, and client-ready reporting. This role contributes directly to helping brands connect with patients and healthcare professionals across the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain paid search campaigns in Google Ads in collaboration with Media Planning and Analytics partners
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance against defined campaign goals and KPIs
- Analyze campaign data using Excel or Google Sheets to identify optimization opportunities
- Conduct keyword research and ad copy updates aligned with regulatory requirements
- Prepare performance reports and contribute insights and recommendations for internal teams and clients
Qualifications
Required:
- Hands-on experience with paid search or SEM platforms such as Google Ads through coursework, internships, co-ops, or entry-level roles
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, or data summaries
- Experience writing clear, compliant ad copy or structured content, demonstrated through academic, professional, or project-based work
- Comfort working with performance metrics and analytics to assess results and support optimization decisions
- Strong attention to detail demonstrated through campaign setup, QA processes, or data validation work
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done
- Previous internship, co-op, or project experience in digital marketing, paid media, or search marketing
- Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or financial services
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners such as media planners, analysts, or account teams
- Interest in developing a long-term career in performance media and data-driven marketing
Additional Information
This posting is for an existing vacancy at Klick. The base salary range for this position is between CAD $50,000 - $60,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate’s work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
