About our Omnichannel Enablement Craft
Omnichannel Enablement brings channels, data and technology together to create consistent, coordinated, and measurable experiences across every touchpoint. The craft builds omnichannel vision and roadmaps, aligns media, platforms and analytics, and turns strategy into practical, scalable solutions that improve journey effectiveness and measurement across the ecosystem. You’ll work cross-functionally — running co-creation workshops, defining capabilities, and helping teams operationalize platforms, data and technical delivery to solve complex, real-world problems. This craft includes consulting, analytics, solution delivery and technical/platform delivery functions focused on making omnichannel work end-to-end.
Job Description
The Operations Coordinator intern supports Business Operations within Omnichannel Enablement by transforming ambiguous requests into clear reporting, reliable data models, and scalable ways of working. This role partners closely with Operations and Craft leaders to build KPI dashboards, strengthen data accuracy, and document operational standards. It is designed for a business-minded systems thinker who enjoys working with data and learning new tools quickly.
Internship Term: May - August, 2026
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards in Looker Studio to support OE leadership visibility and decision-making
- Develop advanced Google Sheets models and structured reporting tools using formulas, pivot tables, and defined logic
- Validate datasets, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and implement repeatable quality checks to improve data reliability
- Translate stakeholder questions into measurable KPIs, structured definitions, and clear visualizations
- Document operational workflows, reporting standards, and data definitions to create reusable “single source of truth” processes
- Support automation initiatives (e.g., Google Apps Script or workflow improvements) to reduce manual reporting tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Resource Management, Technology, Analytics, Data Solutions, and Consulting
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduating by April 2026 or graduated within the past two years from a program in Business, Commerce, Operations, Analytics, or related program.
- Advanced Google Sheets experience (e.g., nested formulas, lookups, pivot tables, structured models) with ability to clearly explain how models function
- Experience working with structured datasets (academic projects, internships, or work experience), including cleaning, validating, and organizing data
- Demonstrated experience building at least one dashboard, reporting output, or KPI tracker used by others for decision-making
- Ability to convert ambiguous requests into clear problem statements and practical reporting solutions
- Experience documenting workflows or processes in a way others can follow and reuse
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with evidence of collaborating across teams
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done
- Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio or similar data visualization tools
- Basic SQL knowledge (e.g., simple SELECT, WHERE, JOIN queries) and/or exposure to BigQuery
- Exposure to operational metrics such as utilization, capacity, forecasting, or efficiency
- Experience with Google Apps Script or other lightweight automation tools
- Experience in a professional services, consulting, or agency environment
Additional Information
This posting is for a newly created role at Klick. The base salary for this position is CAD 55,000 per year and will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate’s work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior experience.
