Job Description
This Designer role supports the development of high-quality creative work across client programs, collaborating with designers, art directors, writers, and UX partners. This role translates creative concepts into engaging visual executions while maintaining brand consistency and production excellence. The Designer contributes across campaign phases, balancing creativity, precision, and collaboration in a fast-paced agency environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop layouts and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Abstract, and Figma for assigned projects across digital and traditional channels
- Apply brand guidelines, typography, color systems, and layout standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control throughout production
- Create original design elements including illustrations, infographics, and presentation assets that clearly communicate ideas and data
- Collaborate with designers, art directors, writers, UXers, and cross-functional partners to meet deadlines, incorporate feedback, and refine work
- Support campaign execution across websites, social media, email, banners, presentations, and other activation materials
Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of professional design experience in an agency environment, supported by a portfolio of completed design work
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, Abstract, and Figma in a professional setting
- Demonstrated ability to execute layouts with strong attention to detail, copy accuracy, and visual consistency
- Experience applying brand systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles across multiple deliverables
- Ability to collaborate within cross-disciplinary teams and incorporate feedback while maintaining design quality
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done
Desired:
- Experience working in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulated marketing environments
- Exposure to motion graphics or animation tools used in digital or social content
- Experience visualizing data, clinical information, or complex concepts through design
- Familiarity with interactive or emerging digital formats and evolving design technologies
- Experience contributing ideas that align with marketing strategy and creative briefs
