Job Description

As a Pitch Coordinator Intern, you will support and coordinate key components of high-impact new business pitches. This role is designed as a foundational step toward becoming a Pitch Manager at Klick and is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn how strong pitch teams operate.

In this role, you will help keep timelines, meetings, and deliverables on track while gaining hands-on experience working across strategy, creative, client, and delivery teams. You will be expected to proactively follow up with team members and leaders on tasks and deadlines, take initiative to move work forward, and help the team stay organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.

The Pitch Coordinator brings structure, follow-through, problem solving, and critical thinking to the pitch process. This role helps ensure teams stay aligned from kickoff through submission while building experience in how complex pitches are structured, managed, and delivered.

Qualifications

Required

  • Graduating by April 2026 or graduated within the past three years
  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong initiative, follow-through, and willingness to move work forward
  • Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Comfort working with ambiguity while staying focused on next steps
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Slack

Desired

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI to support productivity and workflow
  • Interest in working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Comfort working with different teams and communicating with a range of stakeholders
  • Interest in getting exposure to sales, marketing, project management, or team-based environments
  • Curiosity about improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other project or workflow tools is a plus

This posting is for a newly created role at Klick. The base salary for this position will be equivalent to CAD 60,000 per year, determined based on several factors such as a candidate’s work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior experience.
