The Digital Studio is responsible for the execution and production of high-quality digital assets across channels, ensuring creative concepts are translated into precise, accessible, and technically sound deliverables. The team partners closely with Creative, UX, Development, CRM, Operations, and Regulatory stakeholders to deliver work that meets both creative and compliance standards. The Studio plays a critical role in maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency across digital outputs.
Job Description
The Freelance Studio Artist supports Klick’s Digital Studio by producing, formatting, and delivering digital creative assets across multiple platforms. This role collaborates closely with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, UX, Developers, CRM, Operations, and Science Regulatory partners to ensure creative work is executed accurately and efficiently. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical production expertise, and the ability to work within established design systems and timelines in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Build final digital assets for email, web, banners, and other digital channels using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Execute revisions and version updates based on existing creative templates while maintaining visual consistency and accuracy
- Prepare production-ready files that meet technical specifications, accessibility standards, and animation timelines
- Collaborate with Creative, UX, Development, CRM, Operations, and Regulatory partners to ensure flawless digital execution
- Review and quality-check all deliverables to ensure error-free output aligned to project requirements and timelines
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital production design across agency or in-house environments, including freelance and permanent roles
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with demonstrated experience producing web, email, and digital marketing assets
- Mandatory experience using Figma or Sketch to execute and update digital layouts within established design systems
- Strong understanding of web and digital production workflows, including file preparation, specifications, and quality assurance
- Experience supporting motion or video deliverables, including understanding animation timelines and handoff requirements
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, demonstrated through professional working environments or client-facing deliverables
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done
- Basic understanding of HTML and front-end development constraints, including collaboration with developers
- Familiarity with version control or design collaboration tools such as GitHub or Abstract
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital content
- Strong color theory knowledge and application across digital formats

This role is based in Brazil and can be performed remotely.
