Job Description

Work term: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

The Media Operations team at Klick Health plays a crucial role in orchestrating and executing media campaigns. They manage the logistics and technical aspects of media placements, ensuring that ads are correctly targeted, delivered, and tracked. This includes tasks such as campaign setup, trafficking ads to the appropriate platforms, monitoring campaign performance, and making necessary adjustments for optimization. They work closely with the Media Planning and Buying teams as well as the Analytics team to ensure campaigns are effective and provide valuable insights for future strategy.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in advertising, digital marketing, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a Media or Ads Operations role, demonstrating your understanding of the field
  • Proficiency in managing spreadsheets, preparing reports, and providing clerical support
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
  • The ability to work under minimal supervision within tight timelines
  • A robust work ethic with a focus on problem resolution
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Bonus points for any experience with Pharma regulations, previous employment with a digital media agency, knowledge of ad serving platforms, experience with (DoubleClick) Campaign Manager, and Google Certifications

Your mission will be:

  • Managing the trafficking process for key clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of their ads.
  • Organizing and maintaining creative assets within the ad server for efficient campaign execution.
  • Implementing third-party tags and collaborating with partners to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Conducting internal Quality Assurance and Editorial reviews before campaigns go live.
  • Working closely with the analytics team to guarantee proper tracking and tagging.
  • Directly communicating with media vending partners to facilitate smooth campaign launches.
  • Actively participating in inter-department meetings, including kick-offs and status updates for various clients.
