As a Media Planning Manager, you'll be a digital media expert responsible for crafting meticulously researched media plans, executing them seamlessly with our Media Operations team, and ensuring remarkable outcomes through collaboration across practices at Klick. You'll integrate with and influence content and creative development, and interact daily with clients as the face of Klick. Additionally, you'll manage media budgets, approving media spend and associated expenses. You will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering digital media campaigns that reach healthcare audiences in the US and Canada across multiple channels including search, display, video, email, and mobile. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute well-researched media plans grounded in data and aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead reporting and analytics by pulling data from tools like GA4, Prisma, and DCM to uncover insights and drive performance.
  • Optimize digital media campaigns across multiple channels including programmatic, Google products, YouTube, connected/digital TV, search, and social.
  • Collaborate closely with Media Operations and Analytics teams to ensure flawless execution and reporting.
  • Manage and track media budgets, including spend approvals and pacing oversight.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and external partners.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing contact, providing clear communication, strategic recommendations, and timely updates.
  • Navigate tight timelines and multiple deliverables across biweekly and monthly reporting cycles.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of digital media planning experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated client-facing experience, with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proven track record managing media budgets, optimizing spend, and ensuring accountability
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM), DoubleVerify, and Prisma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools for data analysis and storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to deliver under tight timelines
  • Excellent vendor management skills with a relationship-building mindset
  • Strategic thinker with both analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-moving, integrated environments
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing and navigating regulated industries
