Job Description

As a Paid Social Specialist, this role supports the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns for healthcare and life sciences clients. The role works closely with media planners, client service partners, analytics teams, and platform partners to deliver accurate, measurable campaign performance. This position requires hands-on paid social platform experience, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple campaign deliverables in a collaborative agency environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and launch paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and other paid social platforms.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, targeting, creative rotations, and QA checklists to support accurate delivery across client campaigns.
  • Analyze paid social performance data using platform reporting tools and Excel to identify trends, optimizations, and reporting insights.
  • Partner with media planners, analytics teams, and client service teams to support campaign recommendations and performance updates.
  • Manage campaign documentation, billing inputs, reporting files, and invoicing details with accuracy and timely follow-through.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1+ year of hands-on paid social campaign experience across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, or similar tools.
  • Experience building, launching, monitoring, or optimizing paid social campaigns with observable ownership of campaign setup, pacing, QA, or reporting tasks.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, including organizing campaign data, reviewing performance metrics, and preparing reports or pacing trackers.
  • Education or practical experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, communications, or a related field demonstrated through coursework, internships, or campaign work.
  • Ability to present campaign updates, risks, or recommendations clearly to internal media, analytics, client service, or stakeholder teams.

Desired:

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated industry media experience supporting campaigns with approval or compliance considerations.
  • Experience supporting paid social campaigns for U.S. audiences, including audience targeting, platform QA, or reporting by market.
  • Familiarity with campaign invoicing, budget reconciliation, or billing documentation for multiple client campaigns.
  • Interest in learning new media platforms, analytics tools, and paid social best practices through hands-on campaign work.

Additional Information

This posting is for a newly created role at Klick. The base salary range for this position is between CAD 60,000-70,000 per year. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
