Job Description

This role supports a large, integrated life sciences account, helping lead day-to-day medical affairs work while acting as a trusted client partner. The Senior Consultant will combine strong scientific expertise with consulting rigor to deliver high-quality outputs across evidence synthesis, strategy, and execution. This role works closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional Klick teams. The position is hybrid and based in Toronto.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day medical affairs delivery for a large integrated client account in partnership with senior client stakeholders
  • Synthesize clinical trial data, publications, and real-world evidence into clear medical and strategic outputs
  • Develop competitive intelligence, evidence narratives, and medical strategy deliverables for life sciences clients
  • Manage projects and workstreams, including timelines, stakeholders, and quality of deliverables
  • Identify and advance new opportunities within the account, contributing to growth and long-term partnership

Qualifications

Required:

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in life sciences, biomedical sciences, pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline
  • Medical affairs experience within industry, consulting, or agency environments, with demonstrated client-facing responsibility
  • Experience synthesizing clinical evidence and data into strategic insights, presentations, or medical deliverables
  • Proven project leadership experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and parallel workstreams
  • Life sciences experience with the ability to work independently and own day-to-day client relationships

Desired:

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done
  • Experience supporting business development, identifying growth opportunities, or contributing to proposals
  • Experience with competitive intelligence within medical affairs environment
  • Exposure to KOL or stakeholder identification and engagement strategy
  • Diabetes within a medical affairs context

Additional Information

This posting is for a newly created role at Klick.

The base salary range for this position is between CAD $110,000 - $160,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
