Our Philosophy

Storytelling enabled by science

Strategy and creative can (and should) flourish within a scientific framework of peer review. We’re ambassadors of the molecule. Every idea is strengthened under a calculated scrutiny as we dive deep into the science to uncover that differentiating voice that the molecule is striving to have heard.

No matter how complex a concept may be, we find ways to break it down into a digestible and well-articulated narrative that lays the groundwork for each craft to excel. This provides the building blocks that will ensure success right down to execution. Scientific narrative is the foundation of brand storytelling, which we tailor to speak to healthcare providers, consumers, and payers. Building from strong clinical insights roots our messaging in powerful relevance and truth.

Klick’s unique expertise allows our team to be able to act as the ambassadors of the molecule—expressing what it wants to say, what its true differentiators are—to meet unmet, sometimes unspoken, customer needs.

About Medical

Enabling clinical conversation

As the single largest medical team integrated across a single agency, we uncover scientific truth through our board expertise in science and regulatory, medical strategy, medical communications, and value, access and reimbursement. We assume responsibility for understanding the clinical aspects in depth to discover unique offerings and we believe in the importance of shaping the brand-building process as early as possible: forming the scientific narrative, the language included in the label, and identifying where the brand plays in the buying process.

Developing confidence

As strong and committed collaborators, we build partnerships that are founded on confidence. This translates into unique, innovative work that pushes boundaries while respecting them. When you are meticulous, strategic, and have strong medical, regulatory, and legal partnerships, you’re empowered to deliver efficiency, and brand stewardship ensue.

Our Difference

Candid conversations welcomed

As obsessively curious minds, we apply the scientific method to everything that we do. We propose, learn, test, sometimes fail, and test again. All powered by an open marketplace of ideas and passions. Where we know it’s safe to disagree with each other, because brave and candid discussions can be the catalyst that illuminates new insight. The Medical team leans into science to understand the world’s most complex and human challenges.

Meet The Team

Our backgrounds include advanced degrees in clinical and life sciences, and beyond. We’re masters of quality, strategic thinkers, content creators, and masters of the art of scientific storytelling. We’re proud members of the ‘nerd herd’ and are eager to find new Klicksters who are as driven, innovative, and passionate about life sciences as we are.

If we sound like your kind of people, follow your hunch. We probably are, and we can’t wait to meet you.
