About Experience Design
Solutions with intent
Experience Design (XD) is passionate about solving problems for customers with seamless ease, while simultaneously meeting our clients’ business objectives. Our team spans three sub-crafts: Customer Experience Design (CX), User Experience Research and Design (UX), and Content Strategy.
During strategic phases, CX is engaged to build experience maps and facilitate workshops to help craft ideal customer experiences across touchpoints, collaborating with other crafts to plan for execution.
During tactical activation, UX informs design through research activities such as usability testing, card sorting, and tree testing. At the same time, we communicate design with sitemaps, diagrams, prototypes, and detailed specifications.
Content Strategy connects the dots by leveraging audience insights to plan for the most meaningful, relevant content for multiple segments in an omnichannel universe.
Creating calmness and clarity
We collaborate with every team at Klick to communicate design intent through a strong understanding of our customers’ goals, expectations, and contexts. Our job is to ensure whatever Klick builds is highly usable, relevant, and accessible—while being well understood by client stakeholders.
