Activation, CRM, & Social Strategy

Our Philosophy

Small details are the big picture

We are curious people who love to lead the charge in solving novel, meaningful, and complex challenges for our clients, while also surfacing opportunities for innovation and account growth. As big-picture thinkers who can also define the details, we work as advisors and partners to help build and grow brands. And we take pride in delivering and then optimizing solutions that help patients and healthcare providers on their health journey.

About Activation, CRM, & Social Strategy

Moving the needle

Our focus is on defining how, when, and where a brand needs to interact with its target audiences to drive effective customer engagement with measurable business outcomes. We design interconnected brand experiences that shift attitudes, drive behaviors, and ultimately move the needle on what matters to customers. We help brands live in the world of patients, caregivers, and physicians to enrich and shape the conversation.

Informed by empathy

Life sciences marketers have the ability to dramatically change the conversation with their audiences—patients, caregivers, and physicians. By putting peoples’ thoughts and feelings first, a brand can stay informed and relevant. If you zero in on the truly important issues that matter to your audiences, you can effectively communicate with an authenticity that will win hearts and minds. When you work from a place of empathy, you can alter the lives of the people who depend on healthcare most.

Our Difference

Focused on results

Our focus is on defining the solutions needed to address each brand’s specific marketing challenges and deliver business results. Because we think tactics without strategy just result in expensive chaos. So we start with data to inform our strategic recommendations and define the connected programs that will deliver the results needed. We orchestrate the decisions around targeting, tactical mix, channel, and integration of content strategy by involving the right mix of expertise and craft. And we ensure that, when implemented, we’re capturing the data needed to make informed decisions to optimize a brand’s investment.

Meet The Team

We are team players who know the value we bring to the table and aren’t afraid to try new ways of thinking when needed. Our Activation, CRM and Social Strategists bring knowledge and experience to strong working relationships with our peers and clients. Our Activation Strategists lead and orchestrate the strategic direction, omnichannel ecosystem design and in-market pull through across all the channels and tactics that will bring the brand to life for patients, caregivers and HCPs.

Our CRM Strategists are experts in 1-1 marketing and design the programs that help patients to start and stay on treatment and also provide the information HCPs need to adopt a brand for their patients.

Our Social Strategists harness the full capabilities of social media to connect brands to patients and HCPs in meaningful ways at each stage of the patient or HCP journey.

We’re insatiably curious, deeply empathetic, and always fun to work with. In a culture of collaboration, there’s no such thing as a perfect skill set that we’re looking for because we don’t compete with each other, we complement each other.

That said, we’re looking for friendly, driven, communicative problem solvers who want to be another piece of the puzzle.
