Klick is a place where our people feel not only empowered to bring their whole selves to work, but supported as they do it. Just one part of that is the creation of Klickster-lead, grassroots groups that act as a resource, community, and partner for the people they represent. Don’t see yourself in the offerings below? Organizations that are diverse and inclusive are more innovative and successful than organizations that are not. It’s that simple. Just as importantly, as a partner to the life sciences, we know that communities of color and other underrepresented groups are more likely to suffer from chronic conditions, and experience medical bias and worse health outcomes. Being more diverse, equitable, and inclusive will enable Klick to better understand and communicate with the patient, caregiver, and healthcare provider communities who we reach with our campaigns.
Like many organizations, we are not yet where we want to be. That’s why we’ve made specific and measurable commitments to improve, which you can read about in our 2021 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Impact Report. We know that fulfilling these goals will enable Klick to embody our people-first ethos even more fully. We will continue to update you on our efforts as we learn and grow.
