Senior UX Architect – Philadelphia

Are you obsessed with User Experience? Do you find yourself mentally redesigning every website and mobile app you use? Do you dream in wireframes, sitemaps, and flow diagrams? If so, you could be the next UX architect to join Klick.
At Klick, the User Experience (UX) team is responsible for putting (digital) pen to (digital) paper and bringing to life the solutions Klick delivers. That means we get inspired by conducting research, working closely with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to create awesome digital experiences across websites and mobile apps. Of course we do all this while putting the user first!

We are currently seeking a Senior UX Architect to join our team. In this role, you’ll help identify our clients’ business objectives and what their users need to get out of the final product. From that process you’ll create sitemaps, detailed wireframes, diagrams, and clickable prototypes – whatever is necessary to communicate the solution and give our clients an awesome experience. You’ll then help see the project through to completion, from creative ideation to development to launch.

While no two projects are alike, we typically work on websites as well as mobile apps,) iPad apps and web-based applications.

Skills:

  • 7–10 years’ experience in UX, spanning both research and design
  • An aptitude and/or background in designing technically-focused solutions and specifying functional requirements
  • Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder interviews
  • Proven information architecture, interaction design and prototyping skills across devices and form factors
  • Experience crafting, executing and reporting on UX research efforts such as usability testing, digital ethnography, tree testing and card sorting
  • Experience working within an agency setting, or equivalent fast–paced environment

Attributes:

  • A strong willingness to lead solutioning through facilitation of collaborative design workshops internally and with clients
  • Confidence to speak up during meetings, lead whiteboard sessions, present to stakeholders, etc.
  • Exhibits comfort with making assumptions without clear direction or having all details
  • Meets the Klick foundational behaviours

Assets:

  • Familiarity with design systems
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, MySQL, and/or other programming languages
  • Understanding of data structures, and database technologies
  • Adobe Experience Management experience
  • Analytics experience

When you apply, please provide a copy of your resume along with samples of UX work you’ve delivered in the past, either in a PDF document or via website.
