Director, HCP Commercial analytics (remote US)

Under the umbrella of our Marketing Strategy and Activation group and as a key member of the Analytics discipline at Klick Health, you will work under the VP of Analytics who manages a portfolio of clients or brands. Success in this position requires managing projects/engagements delivering commercial analytics, marketing analytics, and other innovative, advanced pre/post commercial analytics solutions for our clients. As an expert in showing clients the business value of sales and marketing activities using established methods, you’ll need to be intellectually curious, feel comfortable standing in front of a group of clients leading a discussion (brainstorm, pitch, quarterly business reviews) on omni-channel integrated marketing communications. You will also need to drive to solutions with limited input and feel comfortable working with marketing and analytics stakeholders.

Function as trusted commercial and marketing analytics delivery leader for key Klick Health client engagements

Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and on-time delivery

Collaborate closely with strategy, client service and project management stakeholders to deliver projects and ensure results and conclusions are presented accurately and without bias

Understand the contracted scope of work, proactively identifying potential out-of-scope activities and bringing to the attention of the project leader

Work on business development efforts by providing ad-hoc feasibility reports, providing estimations of effort and developing methodologies that address client needs

Manage the development work for urgent and/or complex projects requiring programming and statistical models in Python, R, Jupyter, Knime or other software packages

Work with analytics data engineering resources for all aspects of data loading, prep, and analysis of data assets (promotional response data, TV data, consumer behavior data, HCP data)

Contribute to the development of innovative methodologies and new offerings. Creating and refining best practices and approaches

Provide selfless knowledge transfer and mentoring of junior team members. Potential for direct people management based on desire and prior experience

Bachelor’s degree (Masters / PhD preferred) in statistics, information technology or computer science

Minimum seven (7) years of analytics experience in relevant roles

Five (5) or more years of pharma / life science industry experience in marketing, operations research, business analytics or applied statistics including manipulating larger datasets, conducting statistical analysis and deriving insights.

Experience conducting ROI analyses, econometric and regression modeling for commercial operations

Adept at designing pro-forma, in-market experiments including test / control analysis for marketing programs and providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization using ROI analysis

Strong technical, applied knowledge on Oracle, SQL, Python, R and/or SAS to manipulate data and build statistical models. Experience with cloud analytics technologies such as AWS, Knime, Jupyter, Alteryx, Tableau is preferred

Ability to problem solve and develop innovative approaches along with a drive to learn and master new techniques and technologies

Strong organization skills and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while achieving quality standards and meeting deadlines with ambiguous requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams

Experience visualizing/presenting data for internal stakeholders and clients. Comfortable presenting data and findings to internal and external audiences

Project management and/or team leadership experience preferred

Consulting experience preferred

Experience with people management, mentorship preferred
