We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our Technology Team. In this role, you will ensure that tasks are defined, scheduled, resourced and executed. Reporting to the Business Support Manager for Technology and working with VPs and Technical Directors, you will help manage the workflow for development across a number of projects and programs and ensure the delivery follows processes and checkpoints. You will be a master at connecting the dots and understanding the dependencies for projects – the glue to keep us all together. You will also provide day-to-day support as needed by the team to ensure efficient continued operations.
