Benefits Coordinator

Hi, I’m David, Vice President, Finance at Klick.

With a ton of hiring and recent business wins coming our way, our team is going to need some extra help keeping
up with new demands. We’re looking to hire a Benefits Coordinator who can join in and provide support to our
whole team. The right person for the job will be up for a good challenge, will be looking for an opportunity to grow
their skill set, and will be confident in their ability to work quickly without missing little details along the way. The

Benefits Coordinator will mainly be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities

 Administering US employee benefits plans, including health insurance, retirement 401k program, COBRA,
LOAs, LTD/LIFE, Wageworks and other forms of incentives and compensation as required by our in-house
regulations and legal requirements
 Administering Canadian employee benefits plans, including health insurance, RRSP and other group
benefit programs
 Administer disability programs (STD and LTD) and facilitate Return to Work process for all employee leave
of absences
 Preparation of maternity and parental leave top-up calculations
 On-boarding new employees and facilitate benefits enrollment sessions
 Provide ongoing support for all benefits related inquiries from employees
 Maintain employee vacation entitlement
 Preparation of employment contracts and letters as required
 Monthly reconciliation of benefit programs
 Assist with benefits and ad hoc reporting

*Required Skills/Experience: *

• University Degree
• 2-4 years of experience preferably with a medium-sized private company with a focus in US benefits
administration
• Confidentiality and professionalism
• Extremely detailed oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent organization & communication skills (verbal & written)
• Problem solving skill is essential
