Working as part of a fun team, you will be responsible for designing and developing eLearning, mLearning, and blended learning solutions to support development teams. You will also evaluate training needs and provide input for the design of new eLearning curriculum.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Determine learning and material requirements for Learning Solutions projects
Develop high-level learning strategy for a variety of different projects including eLearning, mLearning, Blended Learning, etc.
Develop storyboards to support content
Participate in client and internal team meetings
Evaluate training programs and materials to ensure Learner needs are met
Partner with KLS Team Members to develop materials that support learning program goals and learner needs
Required Qualifications

3-5+ years experience in developing learning solutions
A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Business Management
A strong background in designing and developing online learning solutions
Sound knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and methods of evaluation
Strong knowledge of Lectora and Captivate
Experience with Adobe programs (e.g. Photoshop, Flash, InDesign, Illustrator)
Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; has the ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
Ability to translate ideas into clear written and visual materials/communication.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Strong analytical, time management and organizational abilities
Thoroughness with attention to detail producing high quality of work
Ability to collaboratively work with all members of the various teams within KLS
Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Learning 2.0 (mLearning and Social Learning)
Working knowledge of HTML
Medical knowledge
